SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will be processed and shipped within a timeframe of 7-21 business days, following credit card authorization and verification. For orders made on Saturdays and Sundays, processing will commence on the next business day. Upon shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email.

Gulabae Jewels ships all orders within India using insured courier services provided by BVC Logistics, India's leading secure logistics enterprise for precious jewelry. The delivery periods are as follows:

- NCR: Expected delivery within 1 business day of shipping.
- Domestic/Pan India: Anticipated delivery within 2 business days of shipping.
- International: For global customers, we offer free shipping on orders exceeding 10000 USD. Shipments are sent worldwide via FED-EX/UPS Priority. Please note that custom duties are not included in our costs. Clients are responsible for settling any customs duties required by their country's regulations upon the arrival of the jewelry.

For the convenience of our customers, Gulabae Jewels also offers in-store pick-up at our flagship store in New Delhi. To arrange an in-store pick-up, customers can call us at +91 9811114880 or email us at gulabaejewels@gmail.com, either before or after placing the order. A minimum notice of 2 days is required to schedule an in-store pick-up, ensuring a seamless experience. Customers must bring the online invoice to the store during pick-up.

The availability of pick-up days may vary depending on the item's status, whether it is in-stock or on a custom-made basis.
